For new or expired permits
If you need to apply for a new alarm permit, you will need to complete a form and return it to Community Permitting and Licensing. Download the application.
Renewing a permit
Alarm Permits or Intrusion Alarm Permits may be conveniently renewed online unless they have expired. Please check the expiration date of your alarm permit (license) for renewal. If needed, please contact the Community Development Department at 918-259-2411 for assistance.
Manual of Fees Summary (Dogs/Cats):
- Animal License Altered: $7.00 per year or $21.00 (3 year)
- Animal License Unaltered: $18.00 per year or $54.00 (3 year)
(Fee waived for service dogs used as an aide to a person with a disability.)
Fireworks permits are typically available through the month of June until the last City business day before July 4th. Information will be available at BrokenArrowOK.gov/fireworks.
Due to precautions surrounding Covid-19, the Community Permitting and Licensing Office is closed to the public. Firework Permits can be processed online, by mail, or over the phone with a Permit Clerk (918-259-2411). Thank you for patience and have a wonderful holiday!
