The City of Broken Arrow Utilities Department provides its customers with high-quality, safe-drinking water that surpasses the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality requirements. Highly-trained and licensed operators continuously monitor Broken Arrow water throughout the treatment plant and distribution system, performing more than 6,000 water quality tests each year ensuring that Broken Arrow water is safe to drink.
From time to time, we receive notifications from customers about the quality of our water. We appreciate those messages and encourage you to call us when you experience an issue with our service. This page has been created to serve as a resource to answer some of the questions you may have.

We like to track all our water quality concern calls. Here is how you can contact us directly:
- Submit a report on the My Broken Arrow Action Center app. In the Report an Issue section, select the option for Water or Sewer Service and follow the prompts to leave your information.
- During regular hours, call the Action Center at 918-258-3587.
- After hours and weekends, call the non-emergency line at 918-259-8400.
- Email water_resources@brokenarrowok.gov. Please include your name and address.
