On August 4, 2025, the City Council approved the Manual of Fees which includes the new utility rates of four services that will go into effect on Oct. 1, 2025, and will be reflected on customers’ November utility bill. The itemized monthly increases are:

  • Water Services -- $1.58 (includes the increase to the usage rate per 1,000 gallons and base rate)

  • Sewer Services -- $4.13 (includes the increase to the usage rate per 1,000 gallons and base rate) 

  • Stormwater Service -- $0.50 

  • Refuse (Sanitation) Service -- $2.50
