Beginning May 5th, the Broken Arrow City Council will resume in person meetings. Live streams of the meetings will continue indefinitely through the City's legislative management program.

The Broken Arrow Planning Commission, in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and in the interest of public safety, will hold its meetings via teleconference or videoconference during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To provide for public input while observing social distancing, the Planning Commission will take public comments and questions for Public Hearing items via digital form, email, and mailed hard copy submissions. Public comments must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Only one public comment related to any one agenda item will be accepted from each interested member of the public. Public comments which do not identify the agenda item or title, name and address of the submitter will be rejected. Any question or comment submitted before the deadline will be read into the record during the Public Hearing for a period not to exceed three minutes per submission.

Planning Commission typically meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 5 p.m.
Meetings will continue to be broadcast afterwards online and on Cox Cable Channel 24. These are the easiest ways to view the meetings, however citizens can also view meetings live online, from a computer, tablet or smartphone.
