Home MenuWhat we Know about a Data Center in Broken Arrow
On April 21, 2026, City administration was informed by the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation of interest in a potential data center development on a 51-acre tract of privately owned, undeveloped land located between the Creek Turnpike and State Highway 51 at 8521 S. 209th East Avenue. At this time, the prospective company has not been identified, and the project remains in its earliest stages.
A site selector representing the company has requested a pre-development meeting with City staff. A pre-development meeting is a standard early-stage meeting between a potential developer or representatives and City staff to learn about Broken Arrow's zoning requirements, development standards, and building regulations. These meetings are not open to the public, involve no decision-making or approvals, and are intended only to help guide future planning discussions before any formal applications are submitted.
No non-disclosure agreements have been signed about this potential project and NDAs will not be signed.
Beyond the request of a pre-development meeting, no other information is known. Please subscribe to the city's email notifications, follow the City of Broken Arrow on social media, and bookmark this website page for updates to be posted when new information becomes available.
