Aspen Avenue Improvements from Jasper Street to Tucson Street (Phase 3) - This project consists of improvements to expand Aspen Avenue to 5-lanes trom Jasper Street toTucson Street. Aspen Avenue will be expanded to 5 lanes including two-through lanes northbound, two-through lanes southbound and a center left-turn lane. The project includes: milling and overlaying existing asphalt and full depth asphalt pavement for widening along Aspen Avenue. Additional improvements include curb and gutter, sidewalks, enclosed storm sewer and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 p.m. on July 28, 2026.
