The City of Broken Arrow is changing to online virtual bidding (vBid™) using QuestCDN.com. This will be effective beginning May 2025. The vBid™ streamlines the bidding process for owners and solicitors, allowing them to effectively and efficiently build and accept bids through a secure online. QuestCDN offers two membership levels: Download the complete eBidDoc™ (digital bidding document for a fee). This will allow more transparency and easier access for bidding. Click the ‘Next’ link or each section tab and fill out the: Company Info, User Info, Select Membership, Payment Info, and Profile tabs. Click the ‘Register’ button once all sections are complete. Your membership will be active immediately. The ‘Regular Membership’ is a free membership to QuestCDN.
