Five projects were brought before City Council for review during the October 2025 meetings:
A rezoning request was approved for property located at 2001 Angus Drive, located in the southeast corner of Kenosha Street and County Line Road.
A Comprehensive Plan change was approved for Forest Ridge Retail, located at the southwest corner of Kenosha Street and Oneta Road.
A conditional final plat was approved for The Cottages at Battle Creek, located north of Albany Street and east of Aspen Avenue.
A specific use permit was approved for a new freestanding cell tower located at the northwest corner of Kenosha Street and 23rd Street.
Another comprehensive plan change was approved for the two and half acre property located at 520 E Washington St, on the northwest corner of Washington Street and 9th Street.
