Four projects were brought before the City Council for review during the August and September 2025 meetings:

• The Council approved a rezoning request for the Aequitas Tucson Development, located south of Tucson Street just west of Elm Place.
  
  
• Another rezoning request was approved for Harvest Church, located at the northwest corner of New Orleans Street and Lynn Lane.
  
  
• A conditional final plat was approved for the Arrow Forge Innovation District, located on the south side of Florence Street between Olive and Aspen Avenues. 
  
  
• Another conditional final plat was approved for Tiger Crossing, located at the northwest corner of Albany Street and County Line Road.
