From filling potholes to keeping our neighborhoods clean and safe, City of Broken Arrow employees were hard at work throughout June, and the numbers show just how much they accomplished.
Crews repaired 892 potholes, helping make our streets smoother and safer for drivers. Emergency responders answered 5,855 calls, while EMS teams handled an additional 1,483 calls to assist those in need.
Broken Arrow Transit gave 884 rides in June, and staff completed 662 work orders to keep city services running strong. We also received 454 job applications and issued 192 marriage licenses.
More than 6.88 million pounds of trash were collected in June, and our water team treated 351 million gallons of water to ensure that clean water continued to flow across the City. On the economic side, Broken Arrow brought in over $6 million in sales tax, supporting essential city services and future improvements.
It’s all part of the City’s ongoing commitment to serving our residents and making Broken Arrow a great place to live, work, and play.
