Broken Arrow Seniors Center

NEW! Broken Arrow Senior Center Annex located at 1811 South Main Street.

The Broken Arrow Senior Activity Center is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide a safe place with programs and activities for people, 55 and over, to stay physically active and socially engaged. Broken Arrow Seniors carries out the unique role of providing activities for those seeking to become – or remain - physically active, in a safe and friendly environment.

With more than 80 activities each week, there is definitely something for everyone! Fitness activities include: Yoga, Tai Chi, Tap dancing, Pickleball, Cardio-drumming, clogging, Strength and Tone, limited exercise, Zumba Gold, line dancing, and a Fitness Gym.  Seniors with limited mobility take advantage of chair exercises, spend time enjoying puzzles, card games and weekly movies.   Members looking for new learning opportunities are involved with Bible study, drawing courses, painting, abstract painting, computer class, creative card making, scrapbooking, creative writing and so much more.  Domino and pool tournaments, crafting and guitar lessons offer further opportunities to remain active and engaged.

A nutritious meal is provided, daily, through the support of the Tulsa/Creek County Nutrition Program. In addition, complimentary transportation is available, within a limited area, to and from the center.
