The Broken Arrow City Council will hold a Special Meeting to consider the rezoning and conditional use permit applications submitted for the proposed development of an Islamic Center in south Broken Arrow. Due to the level of interest in this proposal, the Special Meeting will include only this item and will be held at Northeastern State University's Broken Arrow campus.
