The Rose District Farmers Market begins its 2019 season on Saturday, April 6, at the Rose District Plaza, 418 S. Main St. The market runs from 8 a.m.-noon.
The market’s opening day will feature over 40 vendors, food trucks and music.
Early crops such as asparagus, kale, lettuce, broccoli, green onions and spinach will be available on opening day, along with chicken, beef, home-baked goods, honey and local cheeses. Artisans will have a large variety of garden, landscape, habitat and kitchen crafts for sale, including cutting boards, chainsaw carvings, holistic dog products and more.
There will also be vendors selling flower and veggie plants, cut flowers and bulbs! Shoppers can buy with confidence knowing this is a regulated Oklahoma made and grown market.
