Fireworks Permits
Fireworks permits are available for purchase at City Hall starting now through July 2, 2015.

Or you may apply for and obtain a fireworks permit online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Permits may be obtained online until 5:00 p.m. on July 4, 2015.

If you would like to obtain a permit and do not wish to so online, you may apply in person at Broken Arrow City Hall, One Stop Center (north end of City Hall) 220 South First Street.

The cost for the permit is $20. Permits will not be issued to persons under 18 years of age. City Hall will be open through July 2 until 5 p.m. Offices will be closed July 3.

Permits are valid during the hours of 3-11 p.m. on July 3 and 4, 2015 only.

If you have any difficulty with this application, please call the One Stop Center (918-259-8333, option 0) and we will walk you through the steps to complete this type of permit application.

For those of you discharging fireworks within the city of Broken Arrow, pursuant to your permit, please remember to clean up all your debris. Please be respectful of your neighborhoods and the city, and don’t leave debris in the street.

To obtain a permit online, click PERMITTING.

Follow these directions to navigate through the process:
  • Screen 1: On left side of screen, Click “Submit application”.
  • Screen 2: In search method: Select “Address”.
  • Screen 2: Enter address in appropriate blanks. Press “Submit”.
  • Screen 3: From the list, click on your address. (if there is more than one listed, choose the first one).
  • Screen 4: Enter application type (fireworks permit) Is it a public building (no), Contractor Type (OWNER) and Click Continue.
  • Screen 5: Enter contact information for person that will be onsite at ALL times. Include name, phone and email address. Then Click Continue.
  • Screen 6: Click Continue.
  • Screen 7: Review information. If something is not correct, click back and correct the information. Otherwise, click “Finish”.
  • Screen 8: Click "Pay now".
  • Screen 9: Click "Continue".
  • Screen 10: Enter credit card information. Click Continue. Follow all other prompts to complete the transaction. Click "print receipt". Your receipt is your permit and proof of payment.
