Recently, updates were made to the Click2Gov service the City of Broken Arrow uses for its utility payments. Over the past month, there have been issues with residents not being able to access the system. Below are a few steps that may need to be taken to allow your computer to access the system properly.

  1. For those using Internet Explorer 9, users may need to reset the advanced settings to the defaults. This turns on TLS1.0 security in the browser and allows them to connect to the site.
  2. If users have this site saved as a “favorite,” you will need to delete the current bookmark and add a new bookmark with the new link. To do this, users can visit and access the Click2Gov system and re-bookmark the page.

Click2Gov is another option for doing business with the City of Broken Arrow. We certainly don't want to discourage those friends and customers who would prefer to come by City Hall. But for those who would rather take advantage of the convenience and speed of doing business with the City over the Internet, this section of our web site is designed for you.

A new One Stop Center has opened on the north end of City Hall, and features almost all of the services you'll need as a resident or business owner or developer.
