Make Online Payments

Recently, updates were made to the Click2Gov service the City of Broken Arrow uses for its utility payments. Over the past month, there have been issues with residents not being able to access the system. Below are a few steps that may need to be taken to allow your computer to access the system properly.

1.    For those using Internet Explorer 9, users may need to reset the advanced settings to the defaults. This turns on TLS1.0 security in the browser and allows them to connect to the site.

2.    If users have this site saved as a “favorite,” you will need to delete the current bookmark and add a new bookmark with the new link. To do this, users can visit and access the Click2Gov system and re-bookmark the page.

3.    Also, for those who received an E-notification regarding their utility bills between the dates of Nov. 15 and Dec. 12 and were not able to log on to the system, this was due to an error in the web address. The address in the E-notifications has now been corrected. For those who received the notification between those dates, please visit our website and access the E-Services tab to pay your utility account.

For those still having issues, you may contact 918-259-8409 and press 0 for a customer service representative.

Click2Gov is another option for doing business with the City of Broken Arrow. We certainly don't want to discourage those friends and customers who would prefer to come by City Hall. But for those who would rather take advantage of the convenience and speed of doing business with the City over the Internet, this section of our web site is designed for you.

You may visit our office at City Hall, where our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. A new One Stop Center has opened on the north end of City Hall, and features almost all of the services you'll need as a resident or business owner or developer. Unless, of course, you're using our E-Gov services - then you've got us 24-7!
