The Broken Arrow CVB has a semi-annual review of grant requests for non-profit groups planning a new event in Broken Arrow. The grant program was established to provide financial support for festivals, events and attractions that, through continued growth, can increasingly attract visitors from outside the local market and have substantial potential to generate overnight stays in area hotels.
The grant policy and application forms can be found at the link below. Please note that the application deadline is 90 days prior to the fiscal half in which the event occurs.
For events taking place July-December - Application Deadline is June 1st
For events taking place January-June - Application Deadline is December 1st
