The Central Park Community Center offers programs for youth, children, adults and seniors. The Center has open gym times available for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. Click here for a schedule.

Walking & Fitness
 Monday – Friday 7am-12pm
The gyms are open for adults of all ages to walk, exercise or stretch whether it is hot or cold outdoors.

Volleyball (Ages 16 & older) Wednesdays 9am-12pm
Recreation volleyball for ladies who know how to bump, set and spike! 

Zumba
(Adult age 16 & older) Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-7pm
Beginners, active older adult, and/or physically limited or not used to exercising. This class is fun and easy to do along with the music.

Self Defense Classes (Ages 4–12) Friday 6:00pm-6:45pm
The class emphasizes child safety awareness; self-discipline rather than aggressiveness is promoted.

Cheer Class (Ages 4-12) Friday 6:45pm-7:30pm
The class promotes confidence, coordination and physical fitness. Basic skills required for middle and high school tryouts. 

Classes for Basic CPR/First Aid and CPR/AED for Professionals are available for various dates and times at the Center.

Food Handlers Permit? The Tulsa Health Department holds class once a month at the Center.

A Broken Arrow Parks ID is required for all patrons 10 and older choosing to use the center. The first Parks ID is free. Each duplicate card issued is $5. A photo ID (driver’s license, school ID, etc.) must be presented by patrons 16 and older along with the Broken Arrow Parks & Recreation ID Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian; if under the age of 18. Patrons that are 10 -15 years of age are also required to have the Broken Arrow Parks & Recreation ID Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian to use the facility; no photo ID is required. The Parks ID is interchangeable between the Central Park Community Center and Nienhuis Park Community Center for admittance.
