Weather conditions and waterline relocations have caused the overall project to be delayed approximately 1.5 weeks. Weather permitting, the City hopes to complete the entire project in spring 2019. The project costs approximately $5.9 million and is funded through the 2011 and 2014 General Obligation Bonds approved by voters.
