The mailing of duplicate City of Broken Arrow utility bills earlier this month caused a delay in mailing bills to other customers. The customers affected received a utility statement last week with a due date of July 19, 2017. To compensate for the delay, the due date for these customers has been extended to July 27. Customers with automatic bank draft will have the auto-draft take place on July 27 as well. We apologize for any inconvenience.
